Day 2 : Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

The second day of your adventure is dedicated to one of the most sought-after wildlife experiences in the world—gorilla trekking. After an early breakfast, you’ll be driven to the park headquarters for a briefing by the park rangers, who will provide important information about the trek and the gorilla families you will be visiting. Equipped with your trekking gear, you’ll set off into the dense forest, following your experienced guide as you search for these magnificent creatures.

The trek can be challenging, as it involves navigating steep and sometimes muddy terrain, but the effort is rewarded when you come face to face with a family of mountain gorillas. Observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat is an awe-inspiring experience, as you watch them interact, play, and go about their daily lives. The encounter lasts for about an hour, giving you ample time to capture unforgettable memories and photographs.
